Hi Mamas,
We hope you’ve been loving our 6-week Prenatal Yoga Series! Just a quick reminder, we’re off this Sunday, but we’ll be back next week as we head toward the end of the series in early March. Don’t worry, though, Prenatal Yoga will return in the spring!
In the meantime, take advantage of our Prenatal Massages to help ease any tension and prepare your body for birth. Plus, if you’re thinking about your birth plan, remember that Birth Consultations are always free whether or not you book with me, I’m here to support your journey.
Look out for our upcoming workshops. Partner Prenatal Workshop or the Baby & Me Yoga Workshops; both great ways to deepen your practice and bond with your little one (or your birth partner!).
While Prenatal Yoga takes a short break, I’d love to see you in Ladies Hour Yoga, a women-only class where we can easily modify sequences to support your prenatal body. It’s a beautiful space for connection, movement, and self-care.
After years of study and practice I recently was honored with a Certified Community Midwife certification and had the honor of having my hands blessed by an elder midwife at the Georgia State Capitol. This powerful moment took place while standing alongside other birth workers, fighting to decriminalize midwifery in Georgia. It was a reminder of the deep roots and importance of this work, and I’m so grateful to continue serving this community in even more meaningful ways
