It's been an incredible journey of self-discovery, flexibility, and mindfulness. What did we learn?
The fetal position during birth plays a crucial role in the birthing process and can significantly impact the mother's experience and the baby's journey into the world. Optimal positioning, such as the baby facing the mother's back and the head down, promotes an easier and smoother delivery. This alignment allows for the baby's head to engage in the pelvis and progress through the birth canal more efficiently. It also facilitates optimal positioning of the baby's spine, minimizing potential complications. Understanding and encouraging optimal fetal positioning can enhance the chances of a positive birth experience and contribute to a healthier start for both mother and baby.

We also had a delightful visit from our toddlers and their moms in our Mommy and Me Yoga class. It was a bonding experience for both the moms and their little ones, and we'd be thrilled to continue offering this class.

Next Series begins August 6th, 2023
Holistic birth prep or restore massage is a type of therapeutic massage that focuses on preparing or repairing a woman's body and mind for or after childbirth. This massage can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being, which can positively impact the birthing experience.
Postpartum Restore workshop on June 25th at The Yoga Hive. This workshop is designed to support new moms in their postpartum journey by focusing on relaxation and restoration. Through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditation, you'll learn how to calm the mind, release tension, and nurture your body. This workshop is suitable for all levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
