Atlanta Birthwork's Childbirth Ed. Online Course is a comprehensive program that provides expectant parents with the knowledge and tools they need to have a positive and empowering birth experience. The program includes a variety of resources such as voice notes, videos, e-books and more, to help ensure that participants have access to the information they need in a format that is convenient for them. This course is designed to cover topics such as birth preferences, anatomy and physiology of birth, stages of labor, the role of hormones and the partner during birth, relaxation and pain management techniques, postpartum care, and more. Through this program, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the birthing process and the different options available to them during labor and delivery. The program is taught by Jasmine, a traditional midwife, doula, yoga instructor, and women's wellness specialist, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of childbirth education. In addition, the program includes in-person workshops where you can connect with other expectant parents, receive hands-on instruction, and get answers to your questions.
