Service Description
2 virtual prenatal meetings: These meetings can help the doula get to know the expectant and educate parents and understand her birth preferences and goals. On-call support: The doula will be available to the expectant mother 24/7 from 37 weeks of pregnancy until the birth of the baby. Continuous support during labor and delivery: The doula will provide physical and emotional support during labor and delivery, including helping the expectant mother to find comfortable positions, providing relaxation techniques, and advocating for her wishes. 1 postpartum virtual call: The doula will follow up with the expectant mother via phone a few days after the postpartum visit to check in and offer additional support if needed.
