Led by Jasmine, a traditional midwife and women's wellness specialist at the Yoga Hive, this class draws on her years of experience supporting women's health and wellness. Whether you are experiencing menstruation, menopause, womb healing, or postpartum recovery, Ladies Hour, Too is designed to provide a nurturing and supportive space where you can explore your body and connect with other women who are on a similar journey.

In this class, we will incorporate a variety of techniques to promote wellness, including breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization practices. These practices are designed to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance mind-body connection, all while supporting women's health naturally.
